CANCELLATION POLICY
If you can not make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance & we can reschedule. Any cancellations made outside of this time frame, including no-shows, will be charged the full service amount. You can ALWAYS reschedule if need be. We do not refund for ANY services. If you are going to be over ten minutes late the appointment will have to be cancelled and you will be considered a no show.
